• A name of your choosing (a nickname is fine) and an email address

• What you wish to bring to the reading, your current situation, the state you wish to move toward, and the nature of the relationship involved (to the extent you share)
• Photographs of both palms and your dominant hand (if you choose Japanese palmistry)
• Payment information (handled by the payment provider; we do not directly hold card or bank-account details)

Personal information you entrust to us will be used only for the following purposes:

• Providing the reading you have requested
• Communication regarding booking confirmation, changes, and cancellation
• Guidance regarding payment
